Student Equity Committee Mini Grant Proposal 2026-2027

The Student Equity Mini-Grant supports faculty, departments, and programs in developing data-driven projects that close equity gaps identified in the RCC Student Equity Plan. Projects should aim to improve teaching and learning and enhance student success for disproportionately impacted (DI) groups.

Priority will be given to:

1. Instructional improvement projects that integrate culturally responsive, equity-minded teaching practices.
2. Collaborative service area projects that unite multiple departments or programs to advance student equity outcomes.
