RCCD Parking & Transportation

Residential Scholars who bring a vehicle can request a 24-hour RCCD parking permit for the semester. This permit allows you to park in the RCC Parking Structure (view map) at any time - day or night - during the semester. This permit does not provide 24-hour parking privileges at Norco or Moreno Valley campuses.

How to request your 24-hour permit:

1. Starting August 17 – Log in to your RCCD student portal and purchase a regular RCCD parking permit.
2. Email parkingservices@rccd.edu from your RCCD student email to request the 24-hour permit.
   • Please include your: name, student ID number, make of vehicle, color of vehicle and license plate.
3. Parking Services will process your request and email you a paper permit.
4. Display this permit on your dashboard whenever your vehicle is parked overnight.
   • Overnight parking in the RCC Parking Structure floors 3 and 4 only.

RTA Transportation

The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) provides bus services, including the CommuterLink Express, which departs every 20 minutes from UCR to RCC. This scenic route brings passengers to the RCC campus within 30 minutes. Active students on campus will be able to utilize this service for free with their student ID.
