North District 2 (ND2) — RCCD Students in UCR Housing
RCCD students living in UCR housing are part of both the RCCD community and the UCR residential community. Your housing contract binds you to UCR Housing resident conduct policies and UC policies, as well as RCCD’s Code of Conduct. ND2 follows UCR Housing rules and processes day‑to‑day; some cases are adjudicated by RCCD.
What ND2 Housing Is
- You are RCCD students living in UCR housing — you belong to both communities.
- Your contract includes UCR Housing resident conduct policies, UC policies, and RCCD’s Code of Conduct.
- ND2 uses UCR Housing rules and processes for daily operations; some cases may be handled by RCCD.

Returning Residential Scholars Timeline 2026-2027
The Renewal Process for the 2026–2027 academic year is contingent upon receiving a renewal invitation. Renewal invitations are issued to Residential Scholars who maintain eligibility in accordance with the terms and conditions of their housing contract.
If you have not received a renewal invitation, your University of California, Riverside Campus Apartments lease renewal may be administratively held due to one or more of the following:
- Graduation
- Delinquent Account Status
- Violation of Resident Policies or Board Policies
- Immunization Records GPA
If you believe your renewal eligibility has been placed on hold in error, please contact the Housing Office at reshousing@rccd.edu for further review.
