RCCD F-1 Student Admission Requirements:

The Center for International Students & Programs processes F-1 student admissions for Moreno Valley College, Norco College, and Riverside City College.  For acceptance and I-20 form eligibility, the following must be submitted to the International Center prior to the application deadline:

ARTICLE 6. Exceptions to Residence Determination​​​​

    1. Online International Application, found here.
    2. Application processing fee $100 (non-refundable). Online payment will be available through the WebAdvisor/ MyPortal account 72 hours after the online application is submitted OR submit check/ money order that is payable to Riverside Community College District. (Note: Application will not be processed until receipt of application processing fee.)
    3. Online Supplemental Application, found here. (Note: You will have to log in to WebAdvisor with the username and password that was emailed to you after you applied. Then click on the Students button. Then under the Supplemental Applications Sections please click on International Supplemental Application)
    4. Two passport-size photographs.
    5. Financial Certification Form, endorsed by a sponsor (download form here)
    6. An original (or scanned) bank statement verifying a minimum amount of US $20,251 (bank statement must be checking or savings account and show account holder’s name, account number(s) and account balance(s), and be translated to English).  Please submit the statement with issue date within the last 3 months. The original must be brought to orientation to verify the scanned copy. 
    7. I-134 Form – affidavit of support (required of all U.S.-based sponsors; follow all instructions on the form, including submitting additional documents as listed, such as a statement from employer or copy of tax returns; may be downloaded from http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf or here).  Instructions for Form I-134: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134instr.pdf
    8. High school and/or college transcript with certified English translation.
    9. Official TOEFL score report of 450 minimum (paper-based test) or 45 minimum (internet-based test); or IELTS score report of 4.5 or completion of UCR IEP 600-level or ELS 109-level.
    10. If in the U.S.: Photocopies of passport, F-1 student visa, I-94, and all prior I-20 forms.
    11. Permission form to treat minor, required of all applicants under 18 years of age.  Please return form with a photocopy of parent/legal guardian’s identification (can be found here)

However we encourage all applicants to apply by the deadline to ensure that application processing is completed in a timely manner.  If you wish to apply after the term deadline, contact the International Center to see if late admission is possibl e.
