Riverside City College Student Honored for Academic Excellence at Western Municipal Water District Arts & Grant Reception

At the Western Municipal Water District—Arts & Grant Reception, held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, Esmeralda Montes De Oca, a student from Riverside City College (RCC), was recognized for her academic achievements. Esmeralda, who is pursuing a degree in Sustainability in Economics and Society (AA 1034c), was one of two exceptional students honored at the event.

The reception celebrated the outstanding accomplishments of students from local colleges, and Esmeralda’s recognition underscored the commitment RCC has toward fostering academic excellence and sustainability.
