Men’s Cross Country Delivers Historic Championship Season

The Men’s Cross Country team capped an extraordinary season with multiple historic achievements, solidifying its place as one of the top programs in the state.
The team claimed the Orange Empire Conference Championship with a perfect score of 15, marking the first time in program history such a feat has been accomplished. Building on that momentum, Men’s Cross Country went on to win the Southern California Championship before earning an impressive third-place finish at the State Championships.
Success extended well beyond competition, as the team demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. The program earned nine Academic All-State student-athletes, the second-highest total of any college in California. Those honored include Enzo Cayetano, Edward Garcia, Angel Gomez, Jason Gomez, Kailil O’Brien, Vincent Price, Anthony Ruiz, Martin Torres, and Joshua West.

Together, these accomplishments reflect a season defined by discipline, teamwork, and excellence—both on the course and in the classroom. The Men’s Cross Country program continues to set a high standard for competitive success while prioritizing academic achievement and student-athlete development.
