Monique Greene, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor and Counselor at Riverside City College (RCC), where she has served since 2014. With over 13 years of experience in the California Community College system, she has worked in a range of student-centered roles, including STEM Counselor, Career Center Coordinator, and Counselor for EOPS, CalWORKs, and Umoja programs. Passionate about increasing the success of students of color in STEM and beyond, Greene’s work is grounded in equity, advocacy, and holistic support. Raised in San Bernardino, California, she remains deeply committed to serving students in the Inland Empire, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Her doctoral research focused on non-traditional aged students and the impact of life roles on career decision-making—work that continues to shape her approach to helping students design purposeful and achievable career pathways.
