Guadalupe Delgadillo is a passionate counselor and educator dedicated to empowering others through validation, mentorship, and student-centered support. An RCC alumna, she began her journey at Riverside City College before completing her bachelor’s in Psychology and later a master’s in Educational Counseling and Guidance at California State University, San Bernardino. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California during the global pandemic, a milestone that deepened her commitment to resilience and equity in education. As a proud wife and mother of two, Delgadillo draws from both her personal and academic experiences to create a safe, welcoming space where students can thrive academically and personally. She is committed to helping individuals discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
