About
Christopher Williams, a first-generation college graduate, serves as a counselor and male mentor at Riverside City College. After beginning his journey at Chaffey College, he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino, and an M.S. in Educational Counseling from the University of La Verne. Having once struggled to navigate higher education without role models who reflected his experiences, Williams now dedicates his career to uplifting and guiding students, fostering a sense of belonging, and empowering them to realize their potential. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s words, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” he is committed to creating pathways of support and success for the RCC community.
