Talented Tenth Program (T3P) Club

T3P is based on W.E.B DuBois' vision of an educated population of African Americans prepared to contribute to the citizenry, able to be successful in the workplace, and responsible in helping their community to succeed. The purpose of this program is to promote academic success for all students, with a primary focus on Africa-American students at Norco College. The goal of the program is to help students reach their educational and career goals.
