The Student Financial Services office is dedicated to providing current and accurate information and services to all students applying for financial aid.
The California Dream Act
The California Dream Act allows undocumented and nonresident documented students to apply for and receive financial aid through the state of California, including BOG Fee Waivers, and Cal Grants, if eligible. Important Financial Aid Resources
The Student Financial Services office is located on the first floor of the Dr. Charles A. Kane Student Services Building. Financial aid staff are available to assist students in person, by phone, and email during normal business hours. To avoid lines it's suggested that you check your RCC email regularly and review your Web Advisor for missing required documents in order to complete your financial aid file.
