Required documents listed on your MyPortal and Web Advisor can be downloaded here for submission to the Student Financial Services office.  Documents can be submitted in person, or by scanning and emailing them, with original signatures to studentfinancialservices@rcc.edu.

​Important Reminders About Required Documents 
  • Your financial aid file is not complete until you have submitted all required documents.

  • The documents below are for Riverside City College students.  If your home college is not RCC, refer to your home college website for a list of Required Documents by Year.
     
  • Required Documents can be different for every student, be sure to check MyPortal and Web Advisor for a list of your required documents.
  •  Be sure to submit the required documents for the correct academic year.

2018-19 Statement of Fact Form
(Only answer the questions that arelisted in MyPortal/WebAdvisor) 
(If you filed a 2016 Tax Return and are required to submit your 2016 Tax Return Transcript, you may order a free copy at www.irs.gov
(If your parents, listed on the FAFSA, filed a 2016 Tax Return and you are required to submit your parents' 2016 Tax Return Transcript, you may order a copy at www.irs.gov)
2018-19 Proof of Non-Filing from IRS If you (Independent Student) or your parent (Dependent Student) are required to submit a Verification of Non-Filing Letter for 2016, you can order it at www.irs.gov​ and click on Get Your Tax Record.  You may order the letter using Get Transcript Online or Form 4506-T to request proof for tax year ending 12/31/2016.  You may fax or mail Form 4506-T to the IRS as instructed on the form.
