WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO WITHDRAW OR REQUEST A REFUND?

Our priority is to provide you with support and we recognize that under these extraordinary circumstances, you may not be able to continue taking classes this semester. If you wish to drop your course(s), please proceed to do so on WebAdvisor or EduNav and send an email from your RCCD student email account to your Admissions & Records office (contact information is below) requesting the Withdrawal (W) grade to be changed to an Excused Withdrawal (EW). An EW does not impact academic standing or repeatability. Please include your student ID number and the course section(s) in the email.

If you would like a refund, you may also request that by including that in the email. Please note that while Student Accounts staff will process the refund, it may take a few weeks before you receive the actual refund.
