With a few exceptions, classes will transition to an online format on Monday, March 23. We realize this is a challenging time. However, be reassured there are mechanisms in place to assist students in the transition to online learning. Covid-19 ASRCC Stimulus​ Award

ASRCC recognizes their responsibility for offering quality programs and services to students. The goal of this award is to financially assist students who have been affected by COVID-19. Applications will be reviewed and awarded by a Stimulus committee based on demonstrated need. Applicants must have paid their Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 Student Services fees. Financial Aid
Food Pantry Grab and Go Hungry Tiger Food bags – Beginning March 23 bags can be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11am on Saunders (lower campus) by the tennis courts. Bags are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis until bags run out.
Foster Youth
  • ​Laptops will be checked out to students as needed. A flyer is available with free local Wi-Fi zones in the area. Counseling appointments available through Zoom online.

Undocumented Student Support

Veterans The Senate and House passed S.3503 and the bill will be headed to POTUS to sign, which will give the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) the authority to continue GI Bill payments uninterrupted in the event of national emergencies.

Frequently Asked Questions


Our priority is to provide you with support and we recognize that under these extraordinary circumstances, you may not be able to continue taking classes this semester. If you wish to drop your course(s), please proceed to do so on WebAdvisor or EduNav and send an email from your RCCD student email account to your Admissions & Records office (contact information is below) requesting the Withdrawal (W) grade to be changed to an Excused Withdrawal (EW). An EW does not impact academic standing or repeatability. Please include your student ID number and the course section(s) in the email.

If you would like a refund, you may also request that by including that in the email. Please note that while Student Accounts staff will process the refund, it may take a few weeks before you receive the actual refund. You can verify the refund amount by checking WebAdvisor's Account Summary for accuracy.
