SCHOOL OF NURSING (SON) OVERVIEW

RCC School of Nursing offers a Nursing Assistant, Vocational Nursing, and Associate Degree in Nursing/Registered Nursing (ADN/RN) programs. The Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP) is approved by the California Department of Public Health; the Vocational Nursing program is approved by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT);  the ADN/RN program is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and accredited by the  Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

Drop-In Counseling
Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis during designated drop-in hours.  Drop-in counseling is limited to 15 minutes for general information only.  Students who need a comprehensive educational plan or have transcripts from other colleges or universities are required to schedule an appointment.
