Academic Support Peer Instructor Training
Fall 2018
Creating a Community of Practice

Academic Support welcomes RCC student employees to join us in a two-day, workshop-style training for peer instructors. Designed for tutors, supplemental instructors, study group leaders, and other student roles, this training aims to enhance the competencies of RCC student employees in areas of communication, cultural proficiency, and leadership development.

The theme for our Fall 2018 Peer Instructor training is Creating a Community of Practice where we encourage student employees to see themselves as servant leaders while also contributing immensely to the RCC community at large.

We looking forward to seeing you!
