Student Financial Assistance
Welcome. We're here to help you attain your educational goals by making sure you have enough money to attend college. We publish our own Consumer Guide to Student Financial Services that will guide you through the options available to you. Click here to get a copy online.
The School Code to use when completing the FAFSA for all RCCD campuses is 001270.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available online and we give a series of student aid workshops at the Riverside, Norco, and Moreno Valley campuses that will help you complete the application and apply for other forms of financial help as well. Remember, if you leave school, you'll be required to begin to repay your loan. For information, click here.
Some form of student aid is available to almost all students. There are federal grants and student loans. The state also offers grants and fee waivers. It's all in our Consumer Guide to Student Financial Services. The Riverside Community College District also has a large number of scholarships available. In addition, there is a Community Scholars program for Riverside County high school students entering college and Riverside Community College District's own scholarship program for high school seniors .
We also have a Financial Aid Newsletter so you can keep up with changes to financial aid and new opportunities and answers to the Top 10 most frequently asked financial aid questions.
Finally, we can help you get an on or off campus job through Federal Work Study/Student Employment.
Visit our 2008-09 forms section for all the forms required for your student financial services requirements. Information regarding the IRS 1098T form is also included in this section.
