At the Norco Campus, we understand the cultural group of students needs and diversity of our campus and community and are committed to helping our students succeed, not only in education, but in life as well.
Through our Community in Learning, Experience, Achievement and Retention (C.L.E.A.R.) Program, our mission is to ensure academic success for Latino, low-income and at-risk students through academic support, technology, enhanced and alternative methods of instruction, basic skills development, career preparation and counseling.

C.L.E.A.R. Directions is a federally funded grant under Title V of the Higher Education Act of 1965. Students must meet eligibility requirements to participate.
