Riverside Writing and Reading Center
The Riverside City College Writing and Reading Center is available during specified hours, which are posted at the beginning of every semester. The Writing and Reading Center is available to students enrolled in any English, ESL, reading, or speech communication classes. Students are able to enroll for either .5 unit (27 hours) or 1 unit (54 hours).
The Center is designed to provide students with help on their English and Reading assignments. The English Department also sponsors a peer tutoring program. Call the Center for more information.
In addition, some English courses require students attend a lab for a specified amount of time to work on assignments and research. This lab time is part of students' overall course grade, so it is imperative that they complete this assignment. Sign in terminals help students track their usage.

Moreno Valley Writing and Reading Center
The Moreno Valley Campus Writing and Reading Center is available during specified hours, which are posted at the beginning of every semester. The Writing and Reading Center is available to students enrolled in any English, ESL, reading, or speech communication classes. Norco Writing and Reading Center
The Norco Writing and Reading Center is available during specified hours, which are posted at the beginning of every semester. The Writing and Reading Center is available to students enrolled in any English, ESL, reading, or speech communication classes. Students are able to enroll for either .5 unit (27 hours) or 1 unit (54 hours). In addition, the English Department sponsors a peer tutoring program offering one-on-one tutoring for students who want writing and reading assistance. If you would like to schedule an appointment with a peer tutor, please drop by the Writing and Reading Center, located in Library 113.

An instructor is also on duty during these hours to help answer questions about writing, grammar, MLA format and other writing styles.
Students must be enrolled in an English or Reading course to use the lab. They will also be required to attend an orientation and sign a usage agreement that explains rules and policies. After students complete the orientation component, they will be issued a lab card which will be required each time they visit the lab. It is important to note that due to the high demand in the labs, students are not able to complete other homework in this facility.
