| Description: |
| Gather and maintains clients service data in the Premier database; Develops and maintains working knowledge of all Premier HR components; Works with HR manager or Human Resources Consultant to develop appropriate strategies for clients regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, operations, and performance issues. |
| Qualifications: |
| Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3yrs Human Resources experience with an emphasis in employee relations/generalist HR are required; Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered; PHR certification is preferred, successful completion of Premier HR training program is required. |
