Directs, controls, coordinates activities required to repair and overhaul buses, trucks and other automotive vehicles by performing the following duties. Provides leadership/direction to motivate the employees to meet and exceed quality and budget goal.
Qualifications:
Must have strong mechanical skills, welding skills and / or paint and body skills. Bus experience preferred. Position requires leadership skills, communication skills, oral and written skills. Able to make work-related decisions, maintain safety procedures, and train all assigned employees.
