| Description: |
| Under the supervision of a Site Coordinator, the Program Leader works with a group of approximately 20 students in a classroom setting, working in a THINK Together after school program at public schools. |
| Qualifications: |
| Associate's Degree / 48 college units or by passing an Instructional Aide Test; Ability to speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public school setting; Must pass Live Scan, TB test and criminal background check; at least 6 months experience working with children in a classroom or afterschool program. |
