Monique D. Greene is the Career Center Coordinator and General Counselor/Assistant Professor at Riverside City College. She has worked as a Counselor and Professor in various counseling settings such as: General Counseling, STEM, EOP&s, Transfer, Career and CalWORKs.
Monique earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication: Human Communication from California State University, San Bernardino and her master’s degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Redlands.
Monique enjoys being a mentor/counselor and a valuable resource for a diverse population of students in the higher education setting. She feels that one of her best attributes in being a counselor is the ability to relate to students and understand the different barriers that they may be facing when trying to juggle employment, education, family and many other student responsibilities.
Monique Greene truly believes in lifelong learning, student advocacy and academic excellence. She continually tries to find innovative ideas to keep students engaged and to help guide them through their academic, career and personal goals. Mrs. Greene’s goal is to help each student align their passions, strengths and abilities with an educational or career goal that will lead them to ultimate success and happiness.

Rebecca Faircloth is an Educational Advisor for the Riverside City College Career Center. She received her B.A. in Liberal Studies and her M.A. In Education with an emphasis in Teaching from California Baptist University. She is currently working towards a second M.A. in Counseling from the University of Redlands. She has worked in education since 2002 and has been with Riverside City College since 2005. She has served in a variety of positions and is passionate in encouraging students to pursue their dreams.
