Before calling or e-mailing us, please make sure you've checked our online FAQ. Most student questions are answered in that FAQ. You can find out when the Assessment Centers are open by checking the Dates and Hours page, which also has information on how to make an appointment to take a test. If you don't know whether or not you are required to take the test, please see Who Needs to Be Assessed.
If none of the above answers your question(s), you can call us at...
Riverside (951) 222-8451
Moreno Valley (951)571-6492
Norco (951) 372-7156
The phone tree greeting messages also have a wealth of answers to the most frequently asked questions. However, as most departments are under-staffed, you may have to call back several times if you need to speak with a staff person.
If you still have a questions that isn't answered by the online FAQ, by the information accessed by the right-hand manus, or by listening to the phone message tree, you can
use this form to e-mail us. If for some reason you cannot use the online appointment system, you can also use the e-mail link to make appointments for almost* any test given by Riverside City College. If you e-mail us with an appointment request, please make sure you FIRST read all of the following instructions.
