How to Register for Classes
After submitting an application for admissions most new-to-college students are required to participate in Assessment and an Online Orientation before they can register.
For more information on exemptions, check the RCCD Student Handbook or talk with a walk-in counselor on one of our campuses.
To make arrangements to complete the assessment test, make and appointment online Appointments or the call the assessment center at your home college Moreno Valley College(951) 571-6492, Norco College (951) 372-7156, Riverside City College (951) 222-8451. Tests are usually given on a walk-in basis with no appointment necessary.
After completing the assessment test go to www.rcc.edu and log into WebAdvisor for the online orientation and complete your first semester educational plan.
Class Schedules
Class schedules are available online approximately two months prior to each term. You can view the latest schedule by clicking here. During the registration period you will also be able to view classes that are still open on WebAdvisor.
spring 2012 Registration
The Winter term begins February 13,2012 and ends June 8, 2012. Students may view their registration appointment and see if there are any holds on their account on WebAdvisor beginning December 14, 2011. Registration begins for Continuing Students on January 17, 2012. Registration dates and times are based on number of units completed at RCC. New and Returning Students register after Continuing Students. NOTE: Students will be dropped from unpaid classes before the term begins. Check Tuition and Fees on the website for deadlines.
Waitlists
Before the beginning of the term, if a class is closed, you may place your name on a waitlist (if available). If a seat becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and your student account will be charged with the enrollment fees. Email notice will be sent when you are enrolled in class from waitlist. Please check your schedule regularly online with WebAdvisor and/or your RCCD email account to confirm your status.Be sure to pay fees by deadline to avoid being dropped for nonpayment.
Students registered from the Waitlist must attend the first day of class to avoid being dropped. Students not registered from the Waitlist are encouraged to attend class the first day to see if space is available and the instructor is willing to add them.
Waitlisting ends two days before the first class meeting. You must drop yourself from the class by the drop and refund deadlines if you do not intend to remain in the class. You can manage your waitlist on WebAdvisor by doing the following:

Walk-in Registration
Walk-in registration is available at the colleges for students with special needs who cannot register through WebAdvisor.
