RCCD F-1 Student Admission Requirements:
The Center for International Students & Programs processes F-1 student admissions for Moreno Valley College, Norco College, and Riverside City College. For acceptance and I-20 form eligibility, the following must be submitted to the International Center prior to the application deadline:
International Application, found
or money order in the amount of US$100.00 (non-refundable) payable to:
Riverside Community College District, for application processing fee. (Note:
Application will not be processed until receipt of application processing fee.)
Supplemental Application, found here. (Note: You will have to login to
WebAdvisor with the username and password that was emailed to you after you
applied. Then click on the Students button. Then under the Supplemental
Applications Sections please click on International Supplemental Application)
Certification Form, endorsed by sponsor (download
original bank statement verifying a minimum amount of US $22,320 (bank statement
must be checking or savings account and show account holder’s name, account
number(s) and account balance(s), and be translated to English). Please
submit statement with issue date within last 3 months.
Form – affidavit of support (required of all U.S.-based sponsors; follow all
instructions on the form, including submitting additional documents as listed,
such as a statement from employer or copy of tax returns; may be downloaded

- High school and/or college transcript with
certified English translation.
TOEFL score report of 450 minimum (paper-based test) or 45 minimum
(internet-based test); or IELTS score report of 4.5 or completion of UCR IEP
600-level or ELS 109-level.
- If in the U.S.: Photocopies of passport, F-1
student visa, I-94, and all prior I-20 forms.
- Permission form to treat minor, required of all
applicants under 18 years of age. Please return form with photocopy of
parent/legal guardian’s identification (can
be found here)
