STRATEGIC PLANNING LEADERSHIP COUNCILS
The Strategic Planning Leadership Councils (SPLC) allow all members of the college community - students, faculty, staff, and administration - to participate in the decision-making process, one based on common values, trust, and open dialogue. The SPLC link our goals, vision, and processes for planning to resource allocation.
The Leadership Councils are: Student Access and Support; Academic & Career/Technical Programs & Instructional Support; Resource Development and Administrative Services; Institutional Effectiveness. Membership is open to the college community.
