Riverside Community College has been serving the community for many years by offering many comprehensive career and technical programs. These programs are generally 1 to 2 year programs that offer the student an Associate in Science Degree upon completion of the specialized requirements of the program as well as 60 units of general eduation or a certificate upon completion of the specialized courses of a particular occupational program. These programs are specially designed to prepare students for a career in that field upon completion of the program.
Riverside Community College offers more than forty career and technical programs and more than a hundred different degrees and certificates. Students have the option of taking classes at the Riverside, Norco, or Moreno Valley campuses as well as several learning centers located throughout the Riverside Area.
The Moreno Valley campus continues ot offer strong programs in health and human services. The Norco campus offers comprehensive programs in engineering, manufacturing, and technology. The Riverside campus offers quality programs in business administration, cosmetology, automotive technology, and nursing. In addition, the Ben Clark training facility enables students to serve their community through comprehensive police and fire academy programs. These are just a few of the many excellent career and technical programs offered at Riverside Community College.
