Travel Reimbursement


To be reimbursed for travel related expenses, candidates must submit the following to Riverside Community College District Diversity & Human Resources office 3845 Market Street, Riverside, CA 92501:

  1. An itemized request for reimbursement of travel expenses which may include: lodging, airfare, car rental, tolls, parking, mileage, and meals.
  2. A receipt must be included for each item listed on the reimbursement request. (The receipts for meals must be detailed/itemized, RCCD does not reimburse for alcoholic beverages)
  3. Candidates must complete W-9
