Riverside Community College District (RCCD) in Southern California is seeking an exceptional individual for the position of President of its Moreno Valley Campus. This position has responsibility over a campus that serves more than 8,500 students each semester and is located in one of the region's fastest growing cities. As part of an evolving multi-college district, the Moreno Valley Campus recently was awarded candidacy for college status by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and is on schedule to apply for initial accreditation as a college in fall 2009.

The successful candidate will have the vision, ability, enthusiasm and skills to guide the Moreno Valley Campus toward status as a fully accredited college, at the same time advancing the institution's position as the health, human and public services campus within the Riverside Community College District. The new president will understand the challenges involved in the development of new programs and the growth of existing programs; the expansion of classroom, laboratory and student activities facilities to meet ever-changing demand; and the forging of critical partnerships with local industry sectors, higher education partners, and the community.
