The Culinary Arts curriculum is designed to develop and provide students with an intensive professional and practical experience and background, with hands-on approach in the daily operation in a professional kitchen and full service fine dining restaurant. Also, it will provide students with basic knowledge needed to work in volume feeding establishments, and experience all phases (front and back of the house) of a restaurant operation through rotation of assignments. Tuesday, September 14- Friday, September 16: Lunch service from 11:00am-12:45pm.
Beginning September 20, the dining room will be open for breakfast and lunch. The hours for breakfast will be 8:30am-9:45am, and the hours for lunch will be 11:00am-12:45pm.

Following are the Information Workshop dates & the Online Application dates for the Culinary Arts Program. All students that are interested in the Culinary Arts Program should attend an Information Workshop. Requirements and eligibility criteria will be discussed at the workshops. All workshops will be held at the Culinary Academy Building.
