Ujima Project

Ujima means "collective work and responsibility" in Swahili.

The Ujima Project is both a learning community and a student club designed to enhance the experience of students through advising, instruction, tutoring, mentoring, and community building. We promote leadership and service, student engagement, retention, and academic success with an African cultural perspective.

Come join us in our weekly meetings: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:50-1:50 in Ujima Home Room --Administration 216
