Because we are committed to quality performance from all members, it is crucial that all members understand, accept and be aligned with the guiding principles of this important mission. Community–Oriented Policing and our core values will provide the foundation upon which all operational and organizational decisions will be based.
Each member of the Department is required to embrace both the mission and the concepts therein. This includes the oath of office, code of ethics, agency rules and regulations, policies and procedures and quality service.
