Diversity, Equity and Compliance is responsible for RCC District efforts to maintain a climate that is free of unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation. We work collaboratively with the College communities to create an environment that is safe for respectul intellectual interactions and growth. Our efforts include the Equal Employment Opportunity program; inclusiveness and diversity planning; District-wide training on diversity and compliance issues; investigation of discrmination, harassment and retaliation complaints.

If you experience or witness what you believe to be unlawful discrimination or harassment, please document the following information:
- - Date, time and location of the incident;
- - Names and contact information for those involved and possible witnesses;
- - Detailed information regarding the incident(s) observed.
For complaints regarding classroom issues that do not involve unlawful discrimination and/or harassment, please contact the Instructor, Department Chair, Campus Dean of Student Services, or Campus Dean of Instruction.

This workship will help attendees understand the laws and district policies regarding discrimination, harassment and retaliation; identify prohibited conduct; understand how to report concerns. Must be attended every year by all District administrators and department chairs.
