Instruction
The Office of Instruction provides leadership and support for accreditation, credit and non-credit curricular and program development and revision, strategic enrollment management, academic and compressed calendar matters, teaching assignments, contractual issues, and collaboration and consultation on new and developing academic and vocational projects throughout the district. Maintains and updates the district's course and program inventory. Participates in the review of all contractual agreements for academic and student services units and prepares Board reports and Board and committee agendas. Develops and delivers training for district instructional support personnel on academic matters. Ensures compliance with Title 5 and Education Code.

- Library Review form for all new courses AND distance education approvals
- Prerequisite Validation form for all courses, new or revised, which have a
prerequisite, corequisite, advisory or limitation on enrollment not yet approved.
