RON VITO
Vice President, Career Technical Education
Ron Vito is the Vice President of Career Technical Education for Riverside City College, whose programs serve over one half of the district's total enrollments. Prior to starting his career in vocational education in 1987 as a Restaurant Occupations instructor, Ron worked in private industry. Ron began his administrative career at Riverside County Office of Education and served as an Instructional Specialist, Principal and Regional Administrative Coordinator in their Regional Occupational Program, administering vocational programs for 18 school districts in Riverside County, California. Ron began his career at Riverside Community College District as Associate Dean of Applied Technology. As District Dean of Occupational Education, Ron has provided leadership and support in the formation of numerous occupational programs.
