LORRAINE ANDERSON
Dean, Admissions and Records
Lorraine Anderson is the lead administrator over Admissions and Records and is responsible for all areas of enrollment services including application, registration, veterans' services, academic evaluations, and recording of census, grades and other academic documents. Lorraine co-chaired the Enrollment Management Task Force in 2005 and chaired the RCCD Transition Committee which made recommendations to move administrative operations from a one-college multi-campus district to a three-college district. At RCCD she previously directed a national GEAR UP K-16 partnership program. Prior to coming to RCCD Lorraine served as Associate Director, CA Projects for The College Board, providing professional development to guidance and admission counselors throughout the twelve western states. She has been a teacher in Los Angeles and Moreno Valley, a college counseling consultant to the Riverside Unified School District for the AVID program, and a consultant to the Riverside County Board of Education. Lorraine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from UCLA and a Master's Degree in Education, Pupil Personnel Services from Azusa Pacific University. She has a Certificate in College Counseling from UC Riverside Extension and a California Life Teaching Credential.
