Innovative Learning Center at Stokoe Elementary

Welcome to the Innovative Learning Center (ILC) website. RCC offers a broad range of lower division college opportunities for students interested in pursuing a variety of careers in education. Some of these opportunities include:

• transferring into university programs of teacher education at all levels
• preparing for careers in early childhood education
• becoming a classroom aide through our paraprofessional training program

In addition to career opportunities, our Americorps and service learning programs provide a rich diversity of ways in which students may serve their communities while gaining rich and important experiences for themselves. Note: A background check is REQUIRED for all RCC students attending the ILC/Stokoe Elementary School site and must be complete prior to the first day of class. Any student convicted of any crimes listed pursuant to CA Penal Code section 1192.7 (c) will not be allowed to participate in the daytime program at the ILC. All students must be under direct supervision of a district employee, at all times while children are present.
