ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY
The Electronics curriculum is designed to meet the rapidly expanding and dynamic growth of its associated industries. The curriculum offers all interested students the necessary understanding, knowledge, and practical skill to qualify for entry level positions in electronics or trasnfer to a four-year college. The program also provides a working knowledge in electronics in the preliminary core courses for students pursuing a career outside of electronics.
- Emphasis on DC-AC electronics, including digital techniques, microprocessors and technical communication
- Ohter courses include passive and active circuit analysis, PCM and digital transmission.
- FCC radiotelephone license exam preparation.
The Electronics Technology Program offers two Associate in Science Degrees and twelve certificate programs.
