If you enjoy working with cars, the automotive technology program is a perfect program for you. By working towards an Associate in Science degree of certricate in one of the many automotive career programs, you are training towards becoming a skilled craftsman in one of the largest industries in the world. The automotive technology program non only educates students about the various aspects of automotive technology but it prepares students for a lifetime occupation. The automotive program encompasses a diverse choice of concetrations including automotive body repair, electrical, mechanical, and automotive trim and upholstery. Students could aslo choose to train in one of the three corporate-sponsored programs: Ford, General Motors, or Toyota. Upon completion of the program, students can recieve an Associate in Science degree or certificate.
The Automotive Technology program offers four AS or certificate degree programs in Automotive Technology:
- AUTOMOTIVE BODY REPAIR
- AUTOMOTIVE TRIM & UPHOLSTERY
- ELECTRICAL
- MECHANICAL
