MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN
Welcome to the Riverside City College School of Nursing. Our programs have an excellent reputation and have served the Riverside community for over 55 years.
The Vocational Nursing (VN) program and Associate Degree Nursing/Registered Nurse (ADN/RN) program prepare nurses to pass their respective National Council Licensing Examinations (NCLEX). We are proud to say that our 2011 pass-rate for NCLEX exceeded 90% for ADN students and 100% for VN students, taking the examination the first time.
Nursing is a highly rewarding occupation and there is a significant need for quality nurses in the greater Riverside area. If you are interested in pursuing a career in nursing, we have pre-nursing workshops throughout the year to provide additional information.
