Ms. Christiansen graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Riverside Community College. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Nursing majoring in Nursing Education and Minoring in Gerontology from California State University Dominguez Hills.  She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree through Case Western University.

Ms. Christiansen has more than 20 years experience in critical care and cardiac nursing.  She has been a critical care Registered Nurse for more than 20 years.
