How to Apply

Follow these steps:

1. Fill Out Supplemental Form Online

(Located on cosmetology website the first Monday of the following months from 8:00am till 12:00am.)

Supplemental Form is available for one day only and is available the following Mondays for the following terms.

1st Monday in June - Course beginning in Fall Semester
1st Monday in October - Course beginning in Spring Semester
1st Monday in March - Course beginning in Summer Semester
Candidates are selected by Lotto.

2. Wait for Letter of Acceptance or Denial

(Approximately 3 weeks after supplemental form has been submitted.)

a. Acceptance - Follow directions on Acceptance Letter

b. Denial - Try again next application period.
