​Printing & Graphics Center

​Mission Statement 

“The Riverside Community College District Printing and Graphics Center serves the District by providing quality design, print and digital services in a dependable, cost-effective manner.”

The Printing & Graphics Center (P&GC) is located in the Technology B building at Riverside City College and provides a variety of design and print services for faculty, administration, and staff of all units in the District. 
For example:  
Design services (at no cost)
Color copying up to 12” x 18”
Offset printing from one-color to full-color
Wide format printing (large signs and banners)
Promotional items including buttons, mirrors, magnets, bottle openers, key chains, etc.
Finishing services include:
Cutting, padding, drilling, coil and comb binding, stapling, saddle-stitching, round cornering, shrink wrapping, laminating, and mounting on foam board.

Ordering Procedures

You can place your order on “Footprints,” or, if you have no Footprints access, e-mail your needs and attach your document, to casandra.greene@rcc.edu. If design is required, communicate as much detail as you can and an Acrobat (PDF) proof will be forwarded for your approval, prior to production.
 

 
Charges

The P&GC charges materials-only at a fraction of outside costs. All District clients are charged the same regardless of location. For example, 8.5” x 11” color copies can cost $.89 each using outside services. P&GC cost is $.05 each. Charges can be made to budget accounts (4555), to trust accounts, or directly to you (paid at the College Bank). The P&GC produces materials for District-related use and qualifying non-profit organizations only.

Turnaround Time

Color copying projects may take 2-3 days depending on the size and complexity of the project. However, larger projects destined for offset printing, may take two weeks plus design time. If your project is for a specific, dated event, please communicate time-sensitive needs clearly.
